“These guys overcharged an elderly friend of mine and damaged her roof while removing ice dams. Shop around. You can do better than these guys. They will rip you off if you give them the chance. Get a written contract detailing all aspects of the job before you part with any money if you decide to use them, and then cross your fingers and hope for the best.”
